Healthy Living

The most important part of life is to have a steady routine with a balanced diet and a proper workout. The first step to earn a perfect routine is to follow ‘early to bed and early to rise’ policy which makes a man healthy and wise.
An early morning workout is must which could include outdoor jog or a walk or meditation or yoga in the fresh air rejuvenating with the beauty of the early morning sun rays. This should be followed by a healthy and a heavy breakfast. This could comprise of cereals and milk or oats or muesli along with some fresh cut fruits. This would keep your tummy heavy for considerably a long time.
In case you feel hungry before lunch, have some dry fruits or a glass of fresh juice. For lunch include more of salad and green vegetables to your diet while for dinner have a huge bowl of soup which will make you feel full. Refrain from having heavy dinner and keep light. The next day when you wake up in the morning you will feel the difference and you will benefit from the feel good factor. It is important to remember the pattern of eating which comprises of large to small (starting from breakfast to ending at dinner).  When hungry in between meals, have hot green tea which will help you revitalize and at the same time help remove toxins from the body.
In order to relieve yourself from stress join dance classes in the evening or listen to music. In addition you can also join some sport that you like to play. These activities help you socialize and get to know more people. You need to make interaction with new people which will break the barrier of a fixed routine and will avoid boredom. You can use the night time to read a book if you are the reader type. If you are the party type, you can keep the weekend as an incentive to follow a steady and a healthy routine throughout the week and then hamper your diet on the weekends (only Saturdays and Sundays). You can drink alcohol and eat unhealthy, but try to keep a watch on the food you eat as you would not want to let the entire week’s effort go for a waste.
Any new adaption requires patience and practice. Once acclimatized with this new routine, will lead to a healthier and a happier living.
